Formally started as an enterprise, Pembinaan KCT which was registered in 2006 and building construction as the core business.

PKCT was later incorporated in 2009 as Pembinaan KCT Sdn. Bhd with a paid-up capital of RM250,000.00. The company then saw limitation in its profile when participating in some projects which required higher qualification. Therefore, PKCT sought to increase its paid-up capital and upgrade CIDB license to remain competitive in the market. Today, PKCT has a paid-up capital of RM750,000.00 and obtained CIDB G7 license which granted the company to participate in construction project without having regard to the project value.

Human resource is crucial in a company’s success therefore “Safety First” for all employees is embedded in our company culture from top to bottom. For instance, we always have a competent Site Safety Supervisor supervising safety matters in our construction site. A competent Safety Officer is engaged when it is required by the law. We always require our workers to adhere to safety and health rules imposed strictly to ensure a safe workplace. It does not only protect our workers but also contribute to the quality of our work by keeping costs incurred by work accident minimum and uphold workers’ morale.

Our success in this business is measured one project at a time. After the completion of each project we undertake, there must remain a satisfied client, one who will ask us back for the next project and recommend us to others. Otherwise, we have failed in our mission of providing superior construction services. We simply try harder, and the results speak for themselves.
